A. 購買

1. 代購是根據消費者需求提供的「客製化訂單」服務. 訂單確認後, 即表示消費者已最終同意購買該商品.

2. 如何購物

- 非會員或加入會員後購買 (※ 新加入會員贈送5%折扣券5張)
- 選擇商品數量及顏色(若有選項), 加入購物車
- 購物車結帳/輸入(確認)收件人及配送地址
- 確認商品數量及運費, 總金額
- 若有折扣券, 勾選使用
- 確認付款(匯款)帳號後下單
- 匯款完成後, 請訊息(線上商店聊天或Line)通知

B. 退貨/退款

1. 訂單確認後的商品無法任意取消訂單, 且不適用 7 天取消或退貨規定.

2. 訂單確認後，無法變更選項或數量. 因此，請顧客訂購時務必仔細確認.

3. 商品缺貨或金額變更時, 我們會盡快通知您.

4. 除購物網站產品外, 若您想購買其他韓國產品, 請透過線上商店聊天室或 LINE 訊息等方式諮詢.  (諮詢時請一併告知該韓國產品的連結)

 

C. 配送

1. 產品均在韓國購買後, 以空運方式配送至台灣. 配送時間為 7-21 個工作日. 訂購前請參考.

2. 運費根據購買產品的重量計算. 本線上商店標示的商品重量為商品內容物+包裝材料等的重量, 與商品標示的內容物重量不同. (1 公斤以下均以 1 公斤計算, 超過 1 公斤時, 每 0.5 公斤加價)

3. 運費可能會因匯率變動, 貨運航線變更, 國際貨物通關政策變化而變更.

4. 若有特殊需求, 請於訂購時備註, 以利順利配送.

5. 配送過程中難免會發生包裝碰撞或凹陷, 特此事先告知顧客, 敬請留意.

6. 台灣離島地區的配送及運費, 請事先透過線上商店聊天室或 LINE 訊息諮詢.

​D. 付款

1. 在本購物網站購買的所有商品均為先付款方式, 即顧客支付(匯款)相應金額後才準備商品.

2. 訂單確認後, 請依照通知的方式支付(匯款)訂購商品相應的金額, 並通知我們.

E. 相互權益保護

1. 為預防消費糾紛, 保障雙方權益, 拆封驗收購買商品時, 請務必拍照, 錄影留存.

A. Purchase

1. Purchasing on behalf of consumers is a 「customized order」 service provided according to consumer needs. Once an order is confirmed, it means that the consumer has given final consent to purchase the product.

2. Purchase Procedure

- Purchase as a guest or after signing up for membership (※ New members receive 5% discount coupons x5)
- Select product quantity and color (if options are available), and add to cart
- Checkout from cart / Enter (confirm) recipient and shipping address
- Confirm product quantity, shipping fee, and total amount
- Select and use discount coupon if available
- Confirm payment (transfer) account and place order
- After completing the transfer, please notify via message (online store chat or Line)

B. Return/Refund

1. Confirmed orders cannot be canceled arbitrarily, and the 7-day cancellation or return policy does not apply.

2. Options or quantities cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. Therefore, please make sure to double-check when placing an order.

3. We will notify you as soon as possible if the product is out of stock or the price changes.

4. If you want to purchase Korean products other than those on the online store, please inquire through the online store chat or LINE message, etc. (When inquiring, please also provide the link of the Korean product.)

 

C. Shipping

1. All products are purchased in Korea and shipped to Taiwan by air. Shipping takes 7-21 business days. Please refer to this before ordering.

2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the purchased product. The weight of the product listed in this online store is the weight of the product contents+packaging materials, etc., which is different from the weight of the contents listed on the product. (All items under 1kg are calculated at the same rate, and if it exceeds 1kg, the amount is surcharged for every 0.5kg.)

3. Shipping costs may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, changes in cargo routes, or changes in international cargo customs policies.

4. If you have any special requirements, please note them when ordering for smooth delivery.

5. Please note that packaging collisions or dents may inevitably occur during the delivery process.

6. For delivery and freight to Taiwan's outlying islands, please inquire through the online store chat or LINE message in advance.

 

D. Payment

1. All products purchased from our online store are prepared after the customer pays (remits) the corresponding amount in advance.

2. After confirming the order, please pay (remit) the amount corresponding to the ordered product according to the method provided, and contact us.

E. Mutual Rights Protection

1. To prevent consumer disputes and protect the rights of both parties, be sure to take photos and videos when unpacking and inspecting purchased products.
